10.17.2001 - Welcome Back

We have never left. Think about that for a few minutes.

~ Q ~ Would you recommend something for us that will get us back on track with our awareness that we are not separated?

Centers are affected by our environment. Some times we are Off Center. Any time you find you are in a paradox you have three choices. Two choices are one side or the other. The third choice is finding the center of the paradox. Arriving at a center lessens the shadows that you all carry and like a shadow at high noon, all things become equal. This is getting back on track.

We would recommend that you simply breathe. If your immediate environment allows you to stop what you are doing and close your eyes while taking a few deep breaths, all the better but awareness of the breath is the point. We remind you here that nothing is wasted. You do not waste your breath. Each one you take is as vital and contributing to all of your bodies experiences and explorations.

Awareness and application, action, are always available but not always acknowledged. One of the very best ways to acknowledge your awareness is by engaging your intuition. If you want to know your soul, know your intuition. You’ve heard it, felt it and followed it before. You are using it all the time but you argue with it. It is the first voice you hear. It is the breath. The connection you think is so illusive to you.

Things become a chore if you make it so. Breathing has become a chore for most of you because your focus is primarily on what you don’t want so you hold your breath. A lot. Allow that when your body volunteers a genuine deep sigh, it is a reminder from spirit to be aware of how you breathe. A yawn does not necessarily mean you personally are tired, it is another reminder that your brain needs more oxygen, actually because spirit was left out of the conversation of the day that made you feel so tired. Each good breath brings you closer together, back on track and leaves you centered, or closer to it.

If in one of your breaths you remember to invite in your light or just take a moment to invite your spirit to sit with you, you do a service to everyone and everything you could imagine. Judgment takes a back seat. Spirit does not judge and when you find that you don’t either, you are allowing your intuition.

With Spirit ~
